Opened in January 2006, the KRABI TROPICAL BEACH RESORT (formerly known as
K.T. Bay Resort) is one of the few resorts with direct beach
access in the area of Ao Nang and Ao-Namao.
It
offers the perfect location to relax and to spend a memorable time here in Krabi. Our resort is
located in a very private and quiet surroundings, sharing this whole beach with only another single
eco resort .
Privacy can be assured at our resort since we only offer 15 units. If you like it quiet and
far away from the crowds, this is the right place. Our small resort suits young families as well as
couples and all friends of nature, but is far from entertaining and shopping (Ao Nang 6
km).
The
Beach of Ao-Namao is located directly at our doorstep, providing
a breathtaking view over the surrounding islands and the famous rock formations. You may also want
to watch the longtail boats departing for the famous Rayavadee Resort at Railay Beach.
During low tide (cf. beach
pictures) you can relax in our SALT TREATED SWIMMING POOL (minimal amount of chlorine), enjoy the
fantastic view in our beach front jacuzzi and have your children play in the sand or kids pool.
Our
family-friendly resort is just a 5-minute drive away from the famous main tourist centre Ao Nang.
Within a few minutes you can reach the Islands PODA und CHICKEN as well as the popular
SANDBANKS and the famous RAILAY
BEACH by boat.
